    LOCATION AND DELIVERY

    Our main office is located in Beograde, Srbija.
    Warehouses in EU are located in Czech Republic, Latvia, Germany, The Netherlands, Finland.
    We send parcels by fast airmail from the nearest warehouse.

    EU: Most parcels arrive within 5-7 business days.
    Other regions: very depending on the region and the logistics connection. We can say that average is 7-14 business days. Less than 10% of our parcels exceeded 14 business day delivery term.

    We provide all the related information from the moment of ordering to sending the parcel. We want you to be sure that your order is on its way to you and will arrive as soon as possible.

    WHY MIGHT DELIVERY TAKE LONGER

    We process the order on the day of order or the next business day and transfer the package to the postal service.
    We try to send packages from a warehouse that has the best postal connections to your country

    Why might delivery take longer or may the package even return to our warehouse?
    1. You did not indicate the full address (apartment number, office number, company name), so the postal service could not find you.
    2. You have entered an incorrect postal code (ZIP).
    3. You did not pay for the order immediately. We ship the package only after receiving payment to us.
    4. Parcels very rarely move on weekends and holidays. It is worth considering this. This may cause a slight delay.
    5. It may happen that we are out of stock and it may take a couple days to prepare the parcel to be shipped

    We do not spend money on advertising, satisfied clients will always recommend us to their friends and acquaintances.

    Thanks to these factors, we can keep prices low and guarantee the freshness of the products we sell.

    Goods made in Russia do not indicate the expiry date, but the date of manufacture of the product.

    For Kartalin cream, the expiration date is 3 years from the date indicated on the tube.
